These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bed99 website, mobile platform, games, sports betting services, promotions and all related features (collectively, the "Platform"). bed99 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for the Bangladesh market. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bed99 ("the Operator"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the Platform.

bed99 reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. 1.Eligibility

To register for and use the bed99 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria. bed99 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bed99 operates a strict over-21 policy and will request government-issued identification documents as part of the account verification process.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another individual, a corporate entity, or a third party is not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or agent of bed99, or an immediate family member of such a person.

2.Account Registration and Verification

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on the bed99 Platform. The registration process requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number, a secure password, and confirmation via one-time password (OTP). The following conditions apply to all registered accounts.

• Each player may hold only one account. If bed99 discovers multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and any associated balances — including bonus balances — may be voided.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. bed99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have not taken reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
• bed99 may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation — including government-issued photo ID, proof of address and proof of payment method — at any time, and in particular before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension.
• You must promptly notify bed99 if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Contact the support team at [email protected]. bed99 will investigate the matter and may freeze the account pending that investigation.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. bed99 will attempt to contact the registered mobile number before applying any dormant account policy. Details of the dormant account procedure are available from the support team.

bed99 does not accept accounts from persons who are self-excluded from gambling. If you have previously applied a self-exclusion on the bed99 Platform and that exclusion period has not expired, you must not attempt to register a new account. Doing so is a violation of these Terms and any new account opened in breach of a self-exclusion will be closed immediately, with any deposits returned where practicable.

3.Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bed99 Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bed99 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bed99 does not charge a deposit fee or a withdrawal fee on standard transactions. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside bed99's control.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, you should contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within five minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.
• bed99 reserves the right to perform additional KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted while a KYC verification is pending will be held until the verification is completed satisfactorily.
• Funds deposited to your bed99 account must be wagered at least once on eligible games before a withdrawal of those funds is permitted. This single-rollover requirement applies to real-money deposits and is separate from any bonus wagering requirement.
• bed99 is not liable for delays or failures in deposits or withdrawals caused by your payment provider, your bank, network outages, or circumstances outside bed99's control. In the event of a disputed transaction, bed99 will cooperate with relevant payment providers to investigate and resolve the dispute as quickly as practicable.

4.Bonuses and Promotions

bed99 offers a welcome bonus on first deposit and periodic promotions including reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal offers tied to BPL, IPL and Eid. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions and to any specific bonus terms published alongside the individual offer.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover). The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for the specified game or games only and expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement.
• bed99 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in, bed99 will honour any bonus funds already credited to that player's account, subject to the applicable wagering requirement.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred between accounts. Any attempt to transfer, sell or exchange bonus funds is prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of the relevant bonus.
• bed99 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, reclaim bonus funds, or void any winnings derived from a bonus if it determines that the bonus was claimed through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, or in violation of these Terms.

5.Gameplay and Fair Play

bed99 is committed to providing a fair, transparent and secure gaming environment. All games available on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are operated by licensed live casino studios. The following rules govern gameplay on the Platform.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems. bed99 does not alter game outcomes in favour of or against any individual player. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages applicable to each game are available on the individual game information pages within the Platform.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, bed99 will endeavour to resolve the round in accordance with the game rules applicable at the time. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error, bed99 will return the stake for that round to the player's account.
• Sports betting odds are set by bed99's trading team and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds confirmed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to the settlement of that bet. In-play odds fluctuate in real time; bed99 is not liable for connectivity-related delays in receiving updated in-play odds.
• bed99 reserves the right to void bets placed on any event where there is evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or any other form of irregular activity affecting the integrity of the event. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the players affected.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence tools or any other technological assistance to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players is strictly prohibited. bed99 employs detection systems to identify such activity and accounts found to be using prohibited tools will be suspended immediately.

6.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bed99 Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and in serious cases, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Attempting to defraud bed99 or other players by any means, including chargebacks, payment reversals, collusion, or any other fraudulent act.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to facilitate any financial crime. bed99 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Registering or attempting to register more than one account, whether directly or through a proxy, household member, or associated party.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a software error must be reported to bed99 immediately and are not eligible for withdrawal pending investigation.
• Threatening, abusing, harassing, or using discriminatory language towards bed99 employees, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, or using VPN, proxy or IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic access restrictions.

7.Responsible Gaming

bed99 is committed to the welfare of its players and actively promotes responsible gaming. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible to every account holder. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms.

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time. Deposit limits take effect immediately when set and may only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period has elapsed. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately.
• Session Time Limits and Reality Checks: You may set a maximum session duration on your account. Reality check notifications will prompt you at intervals of your choosing to review the time you have spent playing and your net position. • Self-Exclusion: You may self-exclude from the bed99 Platform for a period of your choosing, from a minimum of 30 days to permanent exclusion. 8.Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written permission of bed99.

Game content — including the game software, game assets, and game rules — is the intellectual property of the respective game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, PG Soft and others). bed99 operates as a licensee of those game studios and does not claim ownership of third-party game content. All trademarks and registered trademarks appearing on the Platform remain the property of their respective owners.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bed99's liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform is limited as set out in this clause. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

• bed99 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill or indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, whether or not bed99 was advised of the possibility of such loss.
• bed99 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. bed99 will endeavour to minimise disruption and will communicate planned maintenance periods via the Platform.
• Where bed99 is found liable for a loss suffered by a player, the maximum aggregate liability of bed99 to that player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 30-day period preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
• bed99 is not responsible for the content, accuracy or availability of third-party websites, applications or services that may be linked to or referenced by the Platform. Any interaction you have with third-party services is at your own risk and is governed by those third parties' own terms and conditions.

10.Account Suspension and Termination

bed99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its discretion. The following circumstances may lead to account suspension or termination, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the grounds.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the eligibility criteria, prohibited conduct rules, or responsible gaming provisions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by bed99, or the provision of false, misleading or fraudulent documentation during the verification process.
• At the player's own request — for example, as part of a self-exclusion application or where the player wishes to close the account voluntarily. In such cases, any real-money balance in the account (net of any unmet wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method.
• Where bed99 has reasonable grounds to suspect that an account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity. In such cases, bed99 may freeze the account and all funds pending investigation and/or referral to relevant authorities, and is not obliged to disclose the reasons for the freeze to the account holder.

11.Privacy and Data Protection

bed99 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at bed99.ws/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering for an account, you consent to bed99 processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bed99 employs SSL encryption on all account and payment pages. bed99 does not sell, rent or disclose your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. Data shared with payment providers (such as bKash and Nagad) is limited to the minimum information required to process your transaction and is subject to those providers' own privacy policies.

12.Amendments to These Terms

bed99 may amend these Terms at any time by publishing a revised version at bed99.ws/terms-conditions. Where amendments are material, bed99 will notify registered players via the contact information held on their account (including via SMS to the registered mobile number) at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material amendments (for example, corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights of players) may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account by contacting [email protected]. Any bets placed or transactions initiated before the effective date of an amendment are governed by the Terms in force at the time of that activity.

13.Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bed99 Platform, bed99 encourages players to contact the support team at [email protected] in the first instance. bed99 is committed to resolving complaints fairly and promptly through its internal complaints procedure.

Where a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal complaints procedure, you may seek recourse through any applicable dispute resolution mechanism available under relevant law. bed99 will cooperate with any such process in good faith. Neither party waives any legal rights by attempting to resolve a dispute informally before commencing formal proceedings.
